Biography
Jia Tianzeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zaoyang, Hubei province. He was born in 1944, graduated from university, and joined the CPC in 1971.
Jia served as magistrate and Party secretary in Zaoyang county for the first two decades of his career. In 1988 he served as mayor of Xiangfan city, and subsequently held leading positions with the Hubei provincial government.
Jia Tianzeng is currently serving as vice-chairman of the 10th Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial People's Congress.
