Biography

Hou Zongbin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanhe, Henan province. He was born in 1929, obtained the academic credentials of high school, and joined the CPC in 1946. Hou served as a member of the general board of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the NPC until 2003.

Hou Zongbin was a member of the 13th and 14th CPC Central Committees.
