Biography
Hou Jianliang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhangqiu, Shandong province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1975, and graduated from the Renmin University of China with a master's degree in history.
He spent his career at the Ministry of Personnel, where he served as director of the policy department until 2000. He was elected as vice-minister and member of the leading Party group in 2000.
