Han Yongwen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pulandian City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1974, and joined the CPC in 1975. He graduated from North East China Finance and Economics University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982, and from Agricultural Economics Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science with a Doctorate Degree in 1997. From 2006 to 2009, he was Secretary General of National Development and Reform Commission. Since 2009, he is Vice-Governor of People’s Government of Hunan Province.
