Han Xiaofeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changchun, Jilin Province. He graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology and in 1995 received amaster's degree from Jilin University.
A member of the CPC, Han was political instructor and the director of the Student Department at Jilin University. He is now vice-president and deputy Party secretary at that university.
