Biography
Han Baozhen, female, Han nationality, is a native of Tianjin municipality. She was born in 1940, and she is a member of the Domestic Construction Association. She graduated from the department of light chemical engineering of the Beijing Light Industry Institute. She is an engineer. Han served as chairman of the Hebei Provincial Federation Of Industry & Commerce until 2003. She was a member of the standing committee of the 7th and 8th Hebei Provincial People's Congress and a delegate to the 10th NPC.
Han Baozhen was vice-chairman of the standing committee of the 10th Hebei Provincial People's Congress.
