Biography
Guo Shenglian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Longyan City, Fujian Province. He was born in 1957, graduated from Wuhan Water Conservancy and Electric Power Institute with a Bachelor Degree and entered the work force in 1982, and joined the CPC in 1997. From 2003 to 2005, he was Director of Science and Technology Department of People’s Government of Hubei Province. Since 2005, he is Vice Governor, People’s Government, Hubei Province.
