Biography
Duan Zhengkun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yanshi, Henan Province. He was born in 1945, graduated from the Beijing College of Political Science and Law, and joined the CPC in 1972. Duan has spent most of his career at the Ministry of Justice, where he was active in the Department of Lawyers, as well as in the Party committee. Duan Zhengkun has served as secretary-general of the All China Lawyers Association.
