Biography
Cui Xiliang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jilin province. He was born in 1960, and received a doctorate from the Chinese department of Beijing University. He is a professor and doctorial tutor of linguistics. He was appointed president of Beijing Language and Culture University in 2005.
