Biography
Cui Hairong, male, Han nationality, is a native of County Huaiyuan, Anhui Province. He joined the PLA in 1972. Cui graduated from Ningxia Institute of Education, Department of Chinese, and then studied in Shaanxi Normal University, also Department of Chinese. He served in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for many years.
From 2009 to 2014 he served as Deputy Director of National Bureau of Corruption Prevention.
