Chen Hongsheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Guangzhou City. He was born in 1950, and graduated from the Sichuan Foreign Language Institute.
Chen has extensive experience in international shipping, freight forwarding and seafaring management. He was appointed as a vice-president of the China Ocean Shipping Group Company in 1998.
