Chen Guangguo, male, was born on 1947 in Chongqing Municipality. He was a student at Renmin University and joined the CPC in 1979. He has held a number of local leadership positions throughout Sichuan Province. In 2008, he became Chairman of the People's Congress of Chongqing.
