Chen Gaihu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Liquan County, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1960, joined the CPC in 1984, graduated from Northwest University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982, and from Chinese People’s University with a Master Degree. From 2010 to 2012, he was Vice-Mayor of Shenzhen City Government of Guangdong Province. Since 2012, he is Deputy Director of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission.
