Born: 1941


Chen Fujin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shiping, Yunnan province. He was born in 1941, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from the department of philosophy of Beijing University in that same year.

In September of 1997, Chen Fujin became a delegate to the 15th CPC National Congress. He is secretary of the National Administrative Institute and a Member of the 11th CPPCC National Committee.
