Yang Shiqiu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nong’an County, Jilin Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1972, joined the CPC in 1973, graduated from Northeast China Normal University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982, and from Jilin University with Master Degree in 1993. From 2007 to 2008, he was Vice-Minister of Human Resources Ministry. Since 2008, he is Vice-Minister, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
