Gao Siren, male, is a native of Qingdao, Shandong province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1972, and graduated from the Hefei University of Technology. Gao is a postgraduate and engineer. Gao began his career at the Dabao Hill Mine in Guangdong province, where he was a member of the CPC Commission for Discipline Inspection until 1981.
