Biography
Zhu Haowen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Weiyuan County, Sichuan province. He was born in 1967, and joined the CPC in 1986. From 2003 until 2005 he served as a member of the standing committee of the Qinhuangdao City CPC Committee and vice-mayor of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei province. In 2005, he became vice-mayor of Shijiazhuang, Hebei province.
