Biography
Zhou Yupeng, male, Hui nationality, is a native of Jiangyin, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1947, attended junior college, and became an economic engineer. He is currently a member of the standing committee of the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee, and vice-mayor of Shanghai Municipality.
Zhou Yupeng graduated from Shanghai Television University in 1986, and engaged in advanced studies at the Economic College of New York University in the USA in 1995.
