Biography
Zhou Yucheng, male, Han nationality, was born in 1945. He graduated from Hefei University of Technologies.
Zhou has taught at China Textile University, Hefei University of Technologies, and Shanghai Jiaotong University and also been involved with provincial and state textile groups. He served as deputy director for the Anhui Provincial Textile Industry Department and later was deputy director at the policy and regulation department at the Ministry of Textile Industry.
Zhou was a member of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and later became deputy chairman, CCP committee secretary, and president at CWGC.
