Biography
Zhou Shouwei, male, Han nationality, was born in 1950. He received a doctorate from the Southwest Petroleum Institute and he is a senior engineer. He joined China National Offshore Oil Corporation in 1982. He served as general manager of the Tianjin branch of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation until 2000, when he was promoted to vice-president of the company. He also served as a member of the leading Party group.
Zhou served as chairman of the board of directors of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Southeast Asia Limited, in 2002.
