Zhou Mubing, male, was born on 1957 in Chongqing Municipality. He entered the work force in 1975 and graduated from Jiangjin Normal School in 1981. In 1985, he received a Master's Degree from Sichuan Finance and Economics College. In 1988, he received a doctorate from Renmin Unversity. He spent much of his career at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China before becoming Vice-Mayor of Chongqing. From 2004 to 2010, he was Vice-Mayor of Chongqing Municipality. Since 2010, he is Vice-Chairman, China Banking Regulatory Commission.
