Biography
Zhong Ligui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiushui County, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1953 and entered the work force in 1978. Since 2008, he has been serving as Secretary of CPC Xiushui County Committee of Jiangxi Province. Since February 2011, he is Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC Jiangxi Provincial Committee.
