Zhi Shuping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huairen County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1971 and joined the CPC in 1974. From 2005 to 2010, Zhi was Vice Minister of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. He was promoted to Director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on August 2010.
