Zhao Xiaoguang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ulanhot City, Inner Mongolia. He was born in 1957, entered the work place in 1975, joined the CPC in 1979. From 2001 to 2012, he was Director of Financial Affairs Administrative Management Bureau, Party School of CPC Central Committee. From 2012 to 2014, he was Deputy Director of State Post Bureau. Since 2014, he is Deputy Director of State Bureau of Letters and Calls.
