Zhao Weisui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Suizhong, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1948, joined the CPC in 1982, and attended the Renmin University of China. Zhao has spent most of his career with the State Council and the State Statistics Bureau, and in the late 1990s he served as secretary-general of the liaison office in Hong Kong. Zhao Weisui is a member of the leading Party group of the Ministry of Culture.
