Biography
Zhao Lianpu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tai'an City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1945 and graduated from the Math Department of Jilin University in 1970, with a major in mechanics.
Beginning in 1980, Zhao held several leadership positions at Changchun Post and Telecommunications College. He was a teacher, secretary of the fundamental department, chief of the organization department, and secretary of the discipline committee at the college.
After working at Changchun Post and Telecommunications College, Zhao moved to Jilin University. He then became a senior engineer.
