Biography

Zhao Guohong, female, Han nationality, was born in 1954 and started to work in 1972, joined the CPC in 1973. She graduated from CPC Party School of Liaoning Province. She has 17 years of experience working in the leader position of Bengang and Fushun City. Since 1989, she successively held positions of deputy secretary of Liaoning Youth League Committee, Vice Director of labor department of Liaoning Province, Director of Family Planning Commission, Vice Director of Organization Department, Director of Department of Personnel, Director of Human Resource and Social Security. In May 2009, she became Vice Governor of Liaoning People’s Government.
