Biography
Zhao Fengshan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shunyi, Beijing municipality. He was born in 1948, joined the CPC in 1972, and graduated from the Party school. Zhao held leading posts in his native Shunyi county of Beijing, where he served as secretary of the CPC committee. He is vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Beijing 12th Municipal People's Congress.
