Biography
Zhao Dequan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fufeng, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1947 and is pursued graduate studies at the Central Party School. Zhao joined the CPC in 1973.
Zhao has worked in government positions for most of his adult career. A former financial bureau director and deputy commissioner of Shangluo Prefecture, Zhao then shifted to provincial government to direct Shaanxi's Financial Department. He later was director of the province's local taxation bureau.
Zhao was made deputy governor of Shaanxi Province and also became a member of the Leading Party Group in the province
