Zhao Dacheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nangong County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1960, staretd to work and joined the CPC in 1984. He graduated from Law Department of Chinese University of Policial Science and Law, and obtained his master degree from the Party School of CPC Central Committee. He is currently meber of leading party group of Ministry of Justice, and Vice Minister of the Ministry.
