Zhao Aiming, female, Han nationality, he is a native of County Anyang, Henan Province. She was born in 1961, joined the CPC in 1985 and started her career in 1982. She was the mayor of Panzhihua City in Sichuan Province.
Zhao was an alternate member of the 17th and 18th CPC Central Committees and she is now an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
