Biography

Zhang Zuoha, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuexi, Sichuan province. He was born in 1950, joined the CPC in 1982, and graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. In the early 1990's, Zhang served as director of the education commission of Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan province. He served as vice-governor of the People's Government of Sichuan from 1999 - 2011.
