Zhang Zhinan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Longyan City, Fujian Province. He was born in 1960, joined the CPC in 1975, and entered the work force in 1981. From 2005 to 2010, he was Director of Development and Reform Committee of Fujian Province. From 2008 to 2013 he served as Vice-Governor,of Fujian Province. In 2013 he became Executive Vice-Governor. In 2018 he was re-elected Vice-Governor,of Fujian Province.
