Zhang Zhannong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anping County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1946, and graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1970. From 2004 to 2004, he was General Office Director of State Human Resources Ministry. Since 2004, he is Deputy Director of the Counselors' Office of the State Council.
