Biography
Zhang Wenxian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhenping County, Henan Province. He was born in 1951 and graduated from the law department of Jilin University in 1977. Zhang earned a Master's Degree in law from the university in 1982.
After graduating from the law department at the university, Zhang taught and later became vice-president and dean of the university's law school. He eventually became vice-president of Jilin University.
