Biography
Zhang Shiru, male, Han nationality, is a native of Leting, Hebei province. He was born in 1941, joined the CPC in 1966, and graduated from the department of precision instruments of Tianjin University. He is an engineer. He held leading positions in the Medical Treatment Instrument Plant and Light Industry Department of Hebei province.
Zhang Siru was a vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress.
