Zeng Wanming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Sichuan Province, Chengdu City. He was born in 1964, entered the work force in 1980, joined the CPC in 1987. From 2005 to 2008, he was active-on-duty student of Southwest Finance and Economies University Advanced MBA class and received his MBA degree. From 2011 to 2013, he was Party Secretary of CPC Neijiang City Committee of Sichuan Province. Since November 2013, he is Vice-Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Regional Government.
