Biography Highlight

Yun Xiumei, female, Mongolian nationality, is a native of Tumd Left Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She was born in 1949, and she is an on-the-job university graduate of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. She joined the CPC in 1973. Yun served a term as vice-mayor of Hohhot city, until 1999. She was elected director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Health in the same year, and concurrently served as secretary of the leading Party group.
