Biography
Yuan Jianyao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hengdong County, Hunan province. He was born in 1953, joined the CPC, and graduated from Hunan Normal University. He served as deputy secretary-general of the Hunan provincial government until 2003, and he became secretary-general in that same year.
