Biography
Yu Yuzhen, female, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. She was born in 1946, and graduated from Beijing Normal University. Yu is a specialist in the field of patent application process control in China, and she was instrumental in the drafting of the patent examination guidebook and its amendments. She joined the Dragon International Patent Office in 2003; she is the director of the application department.
