Biography
Yang Chengwang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Horinger County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1970 and joined the CPC in 1973. He graduated from Inner Mongolia Medical College in 1975. Since 2003, he is Director of Health Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Since Jan. 2011, he is Vice-Chairman of CPPCC Autonomous Regional Committee, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
