Biography
Yang Baibing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tongnan, Chongqing Province. He was born in 1920 and joined the CPC in 1938. He graduated from the PLA School of Politics, became a full general in 1988, and was a member of the Central Military Commission in 1989. Yang was also a member of the 13th and 14th CPC Central Committees.
