Xu Yifan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1975, graduated from Xiamen University in 1982, and joined the China Democratic League in 1991. From 2000 to 2004, he was Deputy Director of Statistics Bureau of Fujian Province. From 2004 to 2015 he was Deputy Director of the National Bureau of Statistics.
