Biography
Xu Long, male, Han nationality, graduated from Zhejiang Broadcast and Television University in 1985.
A fixture in the Zhejiang telecommunications industry, Xue was deputy director-general of the posts bureau in Shaoxing City. He then served as general manager of Zhejiang Nantian Posts and Telecommunications Development Group Corporation and was later deputy director-general and dean of the post administration bureau of Zhejiang Province.
Xue is the chairman and general manager of Zhejiang Mobile Communication Company Limited. He is responsible for the company's operations. In 1999, he joined the board of directors at the company.
