Biography
Xie Xuezhi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Heishan County, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1976, joined the CPC in 1986, and graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 1982. From 2004 to 2007, he was Vice-Chairman of National Council for Social Security Fund of P.R.China. From 2007 to 2015 he was Deputy Director of the State Administration of Taxation.
