Biography
Xiang Zhaolun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1959, graduated from Chinese Literature Department of Nanjing Normal University with a Bachelor Degree in 1983. From 2011 to 2013, he was Director of General Office of Primer Wen Jianbao. Since April 2013, he is Vice-Minister, Ministry of Culture.
