Biography
Wen Xisen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changshu, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1945, and graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Wen was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 2000. Wen has spent his career at the National University of Defense Technology, where he was promoted to president in 1996. He serves as an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
