Biography
Wang Xinxian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qinxian County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1954 and joined the CPC in 1975. Wang graduated from the CPC Party School with a Master degree. He started to work in 1971. He served as the Vice—Chairman of 4th and 5th presidium of China Disabled Persons' Federation and is an Alternate Member of 17th CPC Central Committee and Deputy to 10th and 11th National People's Congress.
