Wang Xiao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1968, joined the CPC in 1987, graduated from The University of Science and Technology of China with a Bachelor Degree and entered the work force in 1991. From 2009 to 2013, he was Executive Secretary of the Secretariat CYLC Central Committee and Chairman of All-China Youth Federation. From May 2013 to May 2015 he was Vice-Governor of Qinghai Province.
