Wang Chengbin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Laizhou, Shandong Province. He was born in 1928 and joined the CPC in 1945. He graduated from the PLA Military Institute and became a Lieutenant General in 1998. He was a member of the 13th and 14th CPC Central Committees.
